With a degree in Economics & Management Tourism from the University of Palermo,Antonella has deepened her knowledge of foreign languages and techniques for planning and organising tourist itineraries and holidays in the incoming and outgoing sectors.
She is a native Italian-German speaker and is fluent in English, with a good command of French, language skills that she has enriched with internationally recognised certifications and further Masters in German as a Sales Manager and Business Innovator in Munich, where she lived almost 10 years of her life.
Her career has developed through roles of increasing responsibility in international contexts such as managing and owning the travel agency of the Anglo-German giant Tui in Palermo opened only three months after graduation.
Recently, she held the position of Local Manager at Villatravellers, a tour operator specialising in luxury villas in Sicily, where she was responsible for supporting tourists/guests before, during and after their stay.
Previously, Antonella worked as Quality Supervisor Manager for the German market at FFIND, an international telephone survey company based in Palermo, where she managed the training of German staff and the organisation of data collection activities.
Her career also includes experience as Office Manager and Front Office Manager
in corporate and hotel contexts in Germany, where she gained solid experience in administration, travel management and customer care.
Antonella's skills include management of team, the ability to adapt and be flexible, and a strong attention to detail.
Punctual and professional, she stands out for her communication skills and ability to respond effectively to the needs of customers and employees.
